The HeadlessAnalytics Event Envelope
The HeadlessAnalytics event envelope is a unified shape for tracking humans, agents, workflows, systems, QR codes, RFID tags, sensors, robots, connectors, decisions, proofs, and outcomes in a single operating graph.
Each event can carry actor, object, entity, source, attribution, context, trackable, decision, proof, outcome, trust tier, compliance mapping, properties, and timestamp metadata. That structure is what lets raw events become usable intelligence.
Why an envelope? Because modern operations cross too many surfaces for ad hoc event names to hold. A DTC coffee roaster ships 10,000 bags with QR codes, runs Meta ads, sells on Amazon, sends email campaigns, pays affiliates, and lets an AI agent decide when to scale spend. Every one of those surfaces needs to talk to the same operating graph.
The envelope ensures each link in that chain can be queried, correlated, governed, and exported, whether the consumer is a human operator, an AI agent, a warehouse, a proof system, or an enterprise workflow.
Consistency is not bureaucracy here. It is what makes headless analytics useful after the dashboard disappears.
